Benefits of SalesForce

It’s been 15 years since Ex- Oracle Executive Marc Benioff and Parker Harris found SalesForce in the year 1999. Headquartered in San Francisco, California this cloud computing company is globally known for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products. Salesforce has now made over 104000+ clients and 2100000+ subscribers. It’s expanded into the ‘Social Enterprise’ Arena.

Of most benefits accomplished by using Salesforce in any organization, there are prominent features as follows. Salesforce delivers its CRM services for Non-profit organizations at a low cost making it Affordable for most of the medium and small organizations. Further allows you to reduce the need to upgrade and maintain hardware and expensive networks making it Accessible for those organizations. They also provide a Complete Solutions to the clients which includes Sales, Marketing, Service and Partners for better solutions and insights. Salesforce is more Secure as it provides a safe environment for the organizations’ data. In addition to that, the results are achieved Faster due to its focus on innovation.

For any software services, there are certain pros and cons to it based on experience by various clients and subscribers. It all depends on the convention of the consumer. And, here are the major pros and cons of the software.

Pros

SalesForce is a proven innovator in the field of CRM. They are still working on the improvements and other features of the enhancement of the software. It has a simple user interface, which make it user friendly. Most of the time it delivers technology. Also, it covers all the stages of a customer lifecycle making the details extensive for insights and interpretations.

Cons

When compared, SalesForce is competitively weak in the SaaS CRM industry. It only has a fewer international data centres than its competitors. Which tends to be a minor setback amongst its competitors. There is no scope for Sales Force beyond the CRM solutions. In addition, it provides CRM solutions only for the Business-to-Business clients and subscribers and not otherwise, like they don’t have a CRM services solution for Business-to-Customers.

Even with these few cons, the Salesforce seems to lead the CRM solutions with a quite a margin and has more competitive advantage over its competitors. This is mainly because of its distinctive, innovative and simple user interfaces from others. The most important feature why it’s a big success is that it fits every organization in the industry and everyone could benefit from Salesforces’ CRM Solutions.
